6 intervals of 2 minutes on and 2 minutes off:

alternating

A) 4 muscle ups

8 wall ball 9/6 kg

B) 4 handstand push ups

8 dumbbel snatch 25/15 kg

-1 high hang clean + 1 hang clean above the knee + 1 split jerk for 8 sets, go every 90 seconds @ 65%+

-For time:

-Power snatch:

10 minutes emom alternating 3 reps touch and go and 3 reps drop and go @ 60/70%

12 minutes emom:

1st: 3 squat snatch @ 60/80%
2nd: 10/15 burpees over the bar
