Clean and jerk:

12 sets of 2 reps(1+1, drop the bar)  going every 90 seconds and starting @ 60% of 1 rm.

 

15 minutes emom:

1st:30 seconds of max reps double unders 30 seconds rest

2nd:30 seconds of max reps of muscle ups 30 seconds rest

3rd:30 seconds of max reps of wall ball 9/6 kg 30 seconds rest
