Clean and jerk:

find an heavy set of 3 hang squat clean + 1 split jerk in 15 minutes

 

15 minutes emom:

1st: in a 30 seconds window max reps handstand push ups, 30 seconds rest

2nd: in a 30 seconds window max reps of toes to bar, 30 seconds rest

3rd: in a 30 seconds window max reps of power cleans 60/40 kg, 30 seconds rest
