1 rep every minute for 12 minutes start @60% of 1 rm and increase weight if form is good

21 pull ups

15 push puss press 60/40 kg

9 front squats 60/40 kg

15 chest to bar pull ups

12 power cleans 70/50 kg

9 push jerk 70/50 kg

12 muscle ups

9 squat snatches 75/55 kg

6 overhead squats 75/55 kg
