Perform the following complex every 2 minutes  for 20 minutes:

1 power clean

1 squat clean

1 hang clean and jerk

Score: total load weighted in the ten complexes

”Death by burpees”

With a continuously running clock perform 3 burpees in the first minute, six burpees in the second minute, nine burpees in the third minute, twelve burpees in the fourth minute…until you can’t complete all the sets within the minute.

Score: total reps
